Job responsibilities
- lead and manage EPC projects
- plan, monitor and manage international projects with regard to compliance with quality, costs and deadlines
- manage and lead project teams in a matrix organization
- conduct correspondence, meetings and negotiations with customers and partners
- internal and external reporting
- represent NUKEM's interests towards customers and subcontractors, incl. contract and claim management
- regular implementation of "Lessons-Learned" events
- support our sales team as bid coordinator
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in international project management with a technical background
- Project Manager Certification IPMA Level C, PMP or equivalent
- Knowledge of MS Office and MS Project/ Primavera
- College degree in nuclear, mechanical, process or electrical engineering or a comparable field
- Team player
- Experience in contract negotiation and claim management
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Very good English and German language skills (CEF C1/C2)
- Willingness to travel internationally
- Knowledge of nuclear regulations and international nuclear codes and standards (e.g. KTA, DIN, IEC) would be an additional asset
