Head of Projects (m/w/d/x)

Responsibilities and Duties:

• You will take over leadership to an international project department. You will coordinate and manage our team of project managers. In critical project situations, you will find solutions and alternatives to ensure positive project development.
• You will manage a project portfolio and find solutions to internal resource problems as to find solutions for resolving critical issues with the Clients supporting Project managers.
• You will be accountable for projects and will confidently apply the standard project controlling practices.
• You will detect any deviations or hurdles early on and will develop solutions together with your staff.
• You will further develop the existing project management system, in particular with regard to scheduling, reporting, claim,risk management and etc.
• Along with technical responsibility, you will also be responsible for cost, cash planning and strategic development of your department.
• You will participate actively in the further development of project implementation and will report directly to the Head of Operations.
